Tabcorp is undergoing an exciting transition with the demerger of its Lotteries and Keno Business – The Lottery Corporation. The demerger will result in two ASX listed companies*, Tabcorp and the Lottery Corporation – with The Lottery Corporation being Australia’s leading lottery and Keno operator.
The position of ESG Governance & Reporting Manager is a new and exciting opportunity to join The Lottery Corporation. Reporting to the General Manager – Company Secretariat, you will be responsible for developing and continually improving The Lottery Corporation’s ESG Agenda – working in conjunction with the Head of ESG.

As ESG Governance & Reporting Manager, you will work collaboratively with senior leaders and internal stakeholders to support, develop and implement the ESG strategy.
To be successful in this role, you will have experience in mid-senior level corporate responsibility or sustainability roles, proven executive reporting experience, and ideally experience working in an ASX listed company. You will have experience in leading and implementing strategic initiatives that have made a difference (as it relates to ESG). You will also have an excellent track record of developing strong working relationships across a wide range of stakeholders, and excellent written and oral communication skills. You will be a natural leader, organised, efficient, and flexible and have a passion for sustainability.
