For some time, there have been changes taking place in law firms. We have seen a dramatic upswing in NewLaw and BigLaw firms taking advantage of contract and flexible working arrangements. This trend has primarily been led by high calibre candidates being available for short and long-term secondments and there is an increase of lawyers now seeing this as a viable career path.

To formalise this, we have created a new brand that will focus on Interim Legal Solutions – JFL FlexIt.

The majority of our Flex It candidates are highly seasoned lawyers from both in-house and private practice backgrounds. Some enjoy project-centric roles, some enjoy the work/life balance – whatever it is, we can find a flexible legal solution to suit our clients’ needs.

The process starts with listening. We are always looking at how candidates technical, commercial or interpersonal skills will not only complement your team, but also strengthen it!
