Wishing Everyone a Safe & Happy Easter

Wishing Everyone a Safe & Happy Easter

We don’t know about you, but we are ready for a break!  We’ll be soaking up (probably) the last of the Melbourne sunshine as we head into cool Autumn morning here in Melbourne.

It’s been an interesting start to 2020, the Melbourne legal market is buoyant, and good talent is moving quickly.  Business confidence is up, but commercial offices rates are still low!  We send our wishes to everyone up in Brisbane and Byron regions, who have experienced a not so great start to the Easter break and hope everyone stays safe and well.

We’ll be online and available of course,  but we’ll be doing our best to taste test an array of hot cross buns and delicious dark chocolate.  Speaking of which, if you’re looking for last-minute supplies, we highly recommend the ethical and super creative Hey Tiger and local and artisanal Ratio Cocoa  If none of those choices is available near you both Chocolatier, Haighs and Pana Chocolate are all Australian owned and rate highly on ‘Shop Ethical’ and should be readily available for last-minute gifting (or eating!).

HOPPY Easter everybody

At any point in time, mental health with the legal field is a concern, but now more than ever businesses, friends and … Continued

Flexible Working Day 2020 – Reframing Flexibility at Tabcorp

At the start of the COVID-19 lockdown 3 months ago, I posted a piece on LinkedIn around what I saw as a major positive from a talent and people operations perspective. That being a forced shift in perspective around how businesses manage and engage with their talent and a refocused push towards a people-driven culture … Continued
