What a great initiative by Vanessa Vanderhoek!
We have embraced flexibility since we started business 15 years ago. We have cloud based systems so we have access to the tools we need to ensure we can be flexible and productive wherever and whenever we choose. Not only does this mean we can stay in touch with our clients but we can be present in our family lives too and not miss out on those special moments that may happen at home.
Vanessa says she decided to launch this campaign to raise awareness of the benefits of flexible working arrangements, but also to highlight the need for this issue to be taken on board at executive levels, and with leadership from our government.
