We at Jacinta Fish Legal Recruitment did things a little differently this year
Our aim at Jacinta Fish Legal Recruitment was not just to understand in greater depth the average remuneration in the legal profession, but to connect with our clients and candidates and understand the industry trends and level of optimism and hiring intentions for the coming year. We have also launched a Jacinta Fish Legal Industry Sentiment Survey and received a great response and some really interesting feedback from a range of respondents.
Our respondents ranged from junior lawyers right up to senior partners. We pride ourselves on our reputation and the long term relationships we build with our candidates and clients, which we think is
reflected in the responses we received. So firstly, we thank everyone who participated.
